Relationship Therapy

I approach couple and relationship therapy as a space where patterns can be understood, not pathologized. Drawing from Emotionally Focused Therapy, relational psychoanalysis, and family systems thinking, I help partners slow down and make sense of the cycles they find themselves caught in—especially the ones that feel most charged or stuck. Together, we look beneath the surface of conflict to understand the emotional logic, histories, and protective strategies shaping each person’s experience. My style is engaged, curious, and collaborative; I am not a neutral referee, but an active participant in helping you both feel seen while also challenging patterns that limit connection. I work with couples of all configurations, including LGBTQIA+ partners, and attend closely to how culture, identity, and power shape relational dynamics. Whether you are navigating conflict, disconnection, or considering the future of your relationship, therapy can become a place to build new ways of relating—ones that allow for more honesty, resilience, and mutual recognition.
