Supervision

Supervision with me is a collaborative and exploratory process, grounded in the understanding that therapy is always shaped by the relational field between clinician and patient. I work with therapists who want to deepen their clinical thinking, expand their emotional range in the room, and engage more intentionally with the complexity of their work. Drawing from relational psychoanalysis, family systems, and narrative approaches, we attend closely to transference and countertransference, the stories organizing a patient’s experience, and the broader social and cultural contexts that inform both therapist and client.

My style is engaged and dialogic. I aim to create a space where you can bring uncertainty, stuckness, and curiosity without pressure to perform competence. At the same time, I offer thoughtful challenge—supporting you in examining patterns in your work, clarifying interventions, and developing a voice that feels authentically your own. I have particular experience working with couples, LGBTQIA+ clients, and high-conflict relational dynamics, and I welcome supervisees interested in integrating theory, critical perspectives, and creative approaches into their clinical practice. Supervision becomes not just a place for problem-solving, but for cultivating a reflective, sustainable, and ethically grounded therapeutic stance.
